Another Yellowstone Spin-Off is Coming to Paramount Plus

Amidst a slew of announcements to investors, Paramount Plus revealed that another Yellowstone spin-off is coming to the streaming service.

The first spin-off show, 1883, has become the most watched show on the service ever, smashing global records. Unsurprisingly, Paramount has announced additional episodes of the Sam Elliot-starring series.

Their next show in the Yellowstone-universe will be called 1932 and focus on a “new generation of Duttons during the time of Western expansion, Prohibition, and the Great Depression.”

Not much else is known about the new show, and a release date has not been set. A previously announced Yellowstone spin-off entitled 6666 was not mentioned either.

Other announcements made at Paramount's Investor Day included a new Star Trek movie, the ability for Paramount Plus & Showtime bundle customers to watch content from both services in the same app, and a rebrand of the parent company from ViacomCBS to simply “Paramount.”

The company is aiming for more than 100 million subscribers by 2024.
