Amazon Prime
One of the best known student discounts is offered by Amazon on their Prime membership. With Prime Student you’ll get the same benefits like free shipping and access to Prime Video, but at half the price.
College students get a whopping six month free trial of Prime Student. After that a membership is either $7.49 a month or $69 a year (nice!).
There’s even more perks offered with Prime Student such as:

- 10% off flights and hotels from StudentUniverse
- Up to four years of Amazon Music Unlimited for $5.99/mo.
- Up to one year of Prime Channels including MGM+, ALLBLK, Motortrend, Shudder, AcornTV, H Vault, Lifetime Movie Club, Sundance Now, and The Coda Collection for $0.99/mo.
Apple TV+
Apple TV+ might not offer a student discount on its own, but if you subscribe to Apple Music, which is half off at $5.99/mo. for students, you’ll get Apple TV+ included for free!
Peacock
The streaming service from NBCUniversal is home to live TV, sports, news, and critically-acclaimed shows like Poker Face, Mrs. Davis, and Based on a True Story. There's movies like Cocaine Bear and The Super Marios Bros Movie plus a wide selection of reality TV from Bravo.
Students can get the Peacock Premium plan (normally $4.99 a month) for just $1.99 a month for 12 months.
Disney+
Unidays is a website that offers student discounts to various retailers. Through Unidays, you can get a 15% discount on annual plans for Disney+.
Subscribed to Hulu? You can also include Disney+ (with ads) as an add-on for $2/month.
Hulu
You can save 75% off the normal price of a Hulu subscription with their student deal. Their ad-supported plan normally costs $7.99 a month, but college students can get it for just $1.99 a month.
Students will need to verify their enrollment through SheerID to access this deal.
Max
Max (formerly HBO Max) doesn’t offer a student discount. They do, however, partner with select colleges and universities to offer HBO Max memberships to their students for free.

Kanopy
This streaming service provides access to “thoughtful entertainment” including independent films, classic movies, and documentaries. Some of their content partners include A24, The Criterion Collection, A&E, and Kino Lorber.

You’ll find lesser-known films from festivals, plus get the opportunity to discuss great cinema with an online community of over 12 million members. Students can get a Mubi subscription for 30 days free and then $7.99 a month after.
Paramount+
With the Paramount+ Essential plan, you’ll get ad-supported access to shows like Star Trek: Strange New Worlds, RuPaul’s Drag Race: All Stars, and Halo. The usual price is $4.99 a month, but with their student discount you’ll save 25%.

YouTube Premium
